The Cube by Electrolux opens atop of the Royal Opera House in Stockholm 15th June to 14th October 2012. The most pioneering chefs in Sweden will be brought together to celebrate Electrolux professional expertise.

By sharing the professional short cuts Electrolux have picked up through our presence in 50% of Europe’s Michelin starred restaurants, we want to show people it doesn’t have to be difficult to create great dining experiences at home.”
Award Winning Chefs Supported by Electrolux
Some of Sweden’s best chefs, including Mathias Dahlgren, Johan Jureskog and Magnus Ek and Stefano Catenacci will be joined by Klas Lindberg, Swedish Chef of the Year 2012. All of the chefs, supported daily by Electrolux daily in their own restaurants, will use locally sourced ingredients to create set meals to reflect Swedish culinary culture during their respective periods of residency.
Unique Architecture
A minimalist structure with warm interiors – created to represent the Scandinavian heritage of Electrolux – will provide guests with outstanding views of Stockholm. When guests first arrive the 140sqm space will be open for entertaining and great sight-seeing, especially from the external platform. When meals are served the concealed dining table will drop from the ceiling to seat 18 guests before being raised again for after dinner drinks and mingling

The Cube by Electrolux in Stockholm is open daily. Weekdays Lunch: 12:00-14:30 Dinner: 19:00 to 23:00
Reservations required at all times. Set lunch: 1,450SEK. Dinner: 2,600SEK (including all drinks).
Seats released every Monday at 9am CET to allow for reservations three weeks in advance.

European Tour
The Cube by Electrolux has appeared in Brussels and Milan and will appear concurrently in London and Stockholm from June until 30th September and 14th October 2012 respectively.
